Furnace Body
PreHeating Section
The heating elements shall be silicon carbide and temperature control shall be divided into two zones and operate automatically

Temperature control shall be made by the temperature controller and recorded by the temperature recorder.
THe temperature control is subjected to the PID control.
Heating Section
The Heating Element - Molybdenum - is fitted into the side wall and hearth with the temperature distributed reasonably.
Temperature control is divided into five zones and operated automatically.
Temperature control is made by the temperature controller and recorded by the temperature recorder.
Annealing Chamber
Cooling Water Chamber
The Cooling Water Chamber is made of SUS 304 to be fully endurable for thermal strain, etc.

Main Pusher
The main pusher is available for quick feed and return switching wit the pusher head which is fitted to the hydraulic cylinder of
100o x 400ST
Entrance of Pusher
Pressing into the furnace with the pusher head which is fitted to the hydraulic cylinder of 63o x 600ST
Exit of Pusher
Inserting into the outlet replacement chamber with the pusher head which is fitted to the hydraulic cylinder of 63o x 650 ST.
Exit Traverser
Taking off the furnace with the pusher head which is fitted to the hydraulic cylinder of 63o x 1000 ST.
Return Pusher #1
Feeding to the return frame with the pusher head which is fitted to the hydraulic cylinder of 63o x 500 ST.
Return Pusher #2
Supplying a tray to the entrance with the pusher head which is fitted to the hydraulic cylinder of 63o x 600 ST.
Entrance Door
Opening and closing with the air cylinder of 80o x 300ST.
Exit Door
Conducting opening and closing with the air cylinder of 80o x 260 ST.
Driving Panel
The driving panel is of the self-standing front door opening type of a size of 1000m W x 1800mm H x 500mm D
In front of the panel is fitted with a graphic plate, lamp, switch, etc. and inside of it with a magnetic switch, relay, timer, transformer, etc.
In addition, the operation stand is fitted with a switch and lamp only.
Control Panel
The Control Panel is of the self-standing full door type and manufactured with a size of 3800mm W x 1000mm D x 1800mm H

The panel is fitted with a voltmeter, amperemeter, temperature controller, temperature recorder, voltage tap changeover handle, switch etc. and on the inside it is fitted with an SCR, transformer, magnet, relar, etc.
