Schneider Marquard Micro Hole Punching System 5705

The tooling with the machine includes punches SM# 570065,
3 each of 0.006" and 0.012" diameter, and die SM# 5700151,
1 each of 0.006" and 0.012" diameter. 
Tooling modified by SM from round design to fit this older D-style machine.
  Also included are plug gauges for alignment.

Machine complete with PC based control package and one four-tool position punching head.
Each tool position is equipped with a pneumatic self aligning punch cartridge which will accept
interchangeable punch and die inserts for punching round ".002 to ".370 dia and square holes ".010 to ".250.
Typical tool change time 2 min.  Punches, dies and stripper inserts must be ordered separately for each size and shape
of hole to be punched.  Punching Window, X-Y travel is 12" max. Depending on the type of work holding frame required reduces usable punching window to 9"x 9". 
Depending on the size of the material being punched it will not be possible to punch the entire area with all 4 punches.
